How to request account deletion

Option 1 · In the app
  1. Open the Hushlet app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 · On this website
  1. Fill in the request form below with the email address of your Hushlet account.
  2. Submit the request. We will email you to verify you own the account.
  3. Reply to confirm. Your account is deleted within 30 days.
Option 3 · By email
  1. Send an email to [email protected] from your account's email address.
  2. Use the subject “Delete my Hushlet account”.

What data is deleted

Permanently deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, sign‑in identifiers)
  • Baby profiles you created (name, birth date, photo)
  • All activity logs: sleep, naps, feeding, diapers, growth, milestones and notes
  • AI sleep predictions and insights generated for your baby
  • Caregiver invitations and access links
  • Notification tokens and app settings

Retained (limited)

  • Backups: encrypted backups containing your data are overwritten within an additional 30 days.
  • Legal & security records: minimal records (for example, a record of your deletion request or fraud prevention logs) kept for up to 90 days, or longer only where required by law.
  • Anonymized statistics: aggregated usage data that can no longer identify you or your baby.
  • Purchase records: Google Play keeps transaction records under Google's own policy.

Shared baby profiles: if you are an invited caregiver, deleting your account removes your access and your account data; the baby profile stays with its owner. If you own a profile, it is deleted for all caregivers.

Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions first.

Delete some data only: you can delete individual entries or an entire baby profile in the app without deleting your account, or ask us by email.
