These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hushlet - AI Baby Tracker app and the website https://hushlet.ai (the “Service”), provided by Hushlet. By downloading or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Hushlet
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You are responsible for the information you enter, for keeping your sign‑in secure, and for the caregivers you invite to your baby's profile.
2. Not medical advice
Hushlet, including its AI sleep and nap predictions, insights and charts, is for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your pediatrician or another qualified health provider with any questions about your baby's health. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
3. Your content
You own the data you log in Hushlet. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Hushlet is free to download. Optional paid features, if offered, are billed through Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's policies. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the app, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Termination
You may stop using Hushlet and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hushlet is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on predictions or insights in the app.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
